All ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and the purchase must be within one week of return. Items must meet exchange guidelines (no odor, or stain, and all tags must be intact)
If your order is customized,(height made you your personal length) you can not get a refund but we might have other options to help.
Exchange for the wrong size with no customization is allowed, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
